I am administrator of an estate that held the property Deanna sold. I wanted to get the property on the market before winter set in, and due to circumstances beyond my control, I was only able to entrust the property’s marketing to Deanna & Team at the end of November. Deanna had the property on the market only two days before Thanksgiving, and there were four offers! Amazing work entering the low season. It sold for more than I expected as well. Dee is awesome! She was tireless in both selling our home and in helping us to find a new one. And when “issues” arose with the sale of our house, she really stepped up to the plate and made sure the deal went through. She definitely goes above and beyond.

I knew the times my husband were able to meet or communicate were not always convenient but Dee was very professional and efficient and works really hard. She even spotted me a relative’s toddler pants on the fly, when my 2 year old had a blowout and our scheduled viewings were not in the same direction as our luggage!

I think someone who does so much business has to value her time, and thus yours too. I liked that Deanna let us know right off the bat when she thought random listings we saw online were not a good fit. She also represented a lot of properties in the area but I noticed she didn’t just take us to those indiscriminately — she took us to those that had the chief characteristic I cared about. Trying to match buyers and sellers correctly is most efficient for all involved.

Deanna & her team has been a wonderful experience for 12 years. She found us a great home in Duluth for our family in 2006. When all the kids “left the nest” & it was time to find a home for just the 2 of us. The “D” Team helped us sell the Duluth home and find us the perfect “down sizing” house for 2. If we ever need sell again, the 1st person we call is Deanna!
